Billing & subscriptions
For self-service changes β upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, invoice downloads β use the billing portal. It's faster than emailing us.
If you have a billing question that the portal can't answer, email jamie@stuft.in with "Billing:" in the subject line.
Bug reports & feature requests
Email works fine. Include your OS, browser, and what you were trying to do when things went sideways.
Privacy & data requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email jamie@stuft.in with "Privacy:" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days as required by applicable law.
