stuft.in is a local-first inventory manager for your physical stuff. Photograph your things, tag them, put them in bins and rooms, and find them again — from any device on your home network, no cloud account required.

What it does

• Catalog anything — items, bins, boxes, shelves, drawers, rooms. Nest containers inside containers.
• Photo-first — snap a photo and stuft.in thumbnails it at multiple sizes. Search by what you see, not just what you typed.
• Tag freely — no rigid categories. Tag an item as many ways as makes sense to you.
• Works on your phone — point your browser at your home server’s local IP and you have a full mobile interface over Wi-Fi.
• Reminders — set date-based check-ins for things that expire, renew, or need seasonal attention.
• QR labels — print labels for your bins. Scan them to jump straight to that bin or item.
